Pastor Ken Klinner, Founder, ACT Now Ministries
Ken Klinner spent more than twenty-five years as a bi-vocational pastor planting churches and leading healthy congregations while simultaneously building an executive leadership career that culminated in a senior executive position with the U.S. Department of the Interior. That unique journey, navigating the intersection of pastoral calling and organizational leadership, is where the ACT Framework was born.
Ken founded ACT Now Ministries to give ministry leaders what he wished someone had given him; proven frameworks, honest guidance, and a trusted partner for the hard work of building healthy organizations. He brings the pastoral heart of a shepherd and the strategic mind of an executive to every engagement.
